When you walk into Wildflowers, you might feel it right away. There’s a sense of calm, warmth, and quiet reassurance. Maybe it’s the space itself. Maybe it’s the people. But something feels different. And that’s not an accident. Because we believe the culture behind the care matters just as much as the care itself.
Wildflowers Therapy was created to be more than a clinic. I wanted it to be a place where people of all ages could feel safe and supported. A space where therapy doesn’t feel intimidating or clinical, but instead, you can settle in, take a deep breath, and feel at ease. Whether you’re walking through our doors in Regina or meeting with us online from anywhere in Saskatchewan, we want you to feel that same sense of calm and care, like you’ve found your place.
I began as a speech-language pathologist and have spent my career immersed in nearly every corner of the healthcare and education systems. I worked on teams across both British Columbia and Saskatchewan. I’ve worked in rural and urban schools, private and public schools, as well as in clinics, hospitals, and private practice. I’ve provided therapy in homes, in community settings, and through online care for clients in remote areas who would have otherwise gone without support. I consulted with preschools and daycares to enhance their programming and even launched a t-ball league in a small town. I have always been drawn to building meaningful experiences from the ground up.
Throughout my career, I’ve collaborated with teachers and principals, worked on many multidisciplinary teams, and supported clients across all ages and needs. I’ve provided care in both inpatient and outpatient mental health programs, contributed to early intervention and autism treatment programs, and served on diagnostic teams for autism and fetal alcohol spectrum disorder. I’ve also worked on the medical side of speech-language pathology, helping patients and their families with swallowing disorders in acute care and hospital settings. I’ve walked beside people in their most vulnerable moments.
These diverse experiences gave me a clear view of what helps teams and clients thrive, and what doesn’t. They taught me how to lead with integrity, build strong systems, and create environments where people feel seen and supported. They deeply shaped my perspective on leadership and team dynamics. They fueled my desire to create something unique. That foundation is what inspired Wildflowers. A clinic rooted in compassion, respect, and collaboration where clients and clinicians feel supported to grow.
I stepped into the role of visionary leader and full-time business owner, committed to creating a place where both clients and clinicians could truly thrive.
What began as my personal vision soon grew into a dedicated team who shares the same values. Since our first clients walked through the doors in 2018, we’ve been committed to providing excellence, quality, and professionalism in every interaction. Wildflowers has grown into one of Saskatchewan’s largest and most trusted private mental health clinics. We now have over 30 team members, and everything we do is shaped by care and curiosity. Our team culture is grounded in mutual respect, professional growth, and shared purpose.
We’ve designed Wildflowers to feel open, connected, and alive. Our clinic has two waiting rooms, one for children and one for youth and adults. You’ll see team members chatting in the halls, grabbing lunch, laughing together. That’s intentional. We want you to know that behind every door is someone who loves what they do.
When you come to Wildflowers, it’s not just about getting support. It’s about feeling seen, understood, and valued. We know the first step can be the hardest, and wherever you are on your journey, we’ll meet you there. Whether you’re seeking counselling, assessment, or simply a safe place to land, you don’t have to do it alone. We’re proud to walk alongside our Saskatchewan community.
If you’re navigating change, uncertainty, or growth, you’re not alone. Wildflowers Therapy was built for you. We’re so glad you’re here.
