Child and Youth Learning Assessments in Regina

Why a Learning Assessment Can Help: If you or your child are facing learning difficulties affecting performance at school, home, or work, a learning assessment can be crucial. We provide evaluations for children aged 7 and up, as well as adolescents and adults, to identify specific needs and recommend effective accommodations.

What to Expect: Our learning assessments in Regina involve a series of tasks, activities, and questionnaires conducted in our clinic. The process typically includes about 4 to 5 hours of testing, which may be spread over one or two sessions, along with a separate 90-minute intake session. The results offer a thorough understanding of strengths, weaknesses, and areas requiring further exploration.

Detailed Assessment Report: Following the assessment, you will receive a comprehensive report that includes any identified diagnoses, recommendations for academic development, mental health, and well-being, and potential treatment options.

Adult Learning Assessments in Regina

Assessments for Adults: Learning assessments aren’t just for children. Adults can also benefit from an evaluation to obtain support and accommodations in the workplace or educational settings. Whether you suspect a learning issue or need an updated assessment due to a previous diagnosis, our Regina-based services can help.

Understanding Your Learning Challenges: If you struggle with tasks like completing assignments or retaining information, our assessment can identify specific strengths and needs. This process can clarify whether you meet the criteria for Specific Learning Disorder and guide you towards appropriate support.

By combining insights from counseling and learning assessments, we create highly tailored intervention plans to support your overall well-being.
  2. Immediate Strategies and Interventions: Our counselors provide practical strategies for skill-building, including time management, organizational skills, and coping mechanisms that enhance academic, personal, and professional life.
  3. Stress Reduction and Guidance for All Ages: Parents receive expert guidance on supporting their children effectively, while youth and adults learn strategies to manage stress and anxiety, improving their overall quality of life.
