How do follow-up session work?
You and your counselor will collaborate to determine the best schedule for follow-up appointments. Each couple who visits us is unique, and so are their needs.
- Generally, clients tend to:
- Book three or four sessions after their initial visit, two weeks apart.
- Transition to monthly or bi-monthly appointments for ongoing support.
- Some clients find that one session provides enough insights to continue their journey independently.
Every relationship is different, and we are here to support its growth and well-being.
