Janelle has a wide range of skills and is trained in many approaches, some of which include, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Family System’s Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
Janelle enjoys time with her family, adventuring with them and cheering them on. She also enjoys gardening, time at the lake and transforming spaces.
