Alicia is passionate about supporting youth and adults to achieve balanced wellness. With over 9 years of community-based experience, Alicia has an eclectic and non-judgemental therapeutic approach. Alicia is a youthful and highly motivated individual who does what she does because she loves to help people. She creates a warm, welcoming environment with the goal of having all of her clients feel completely comfortable to be themselves.
She will work with you to develop manageable, achievable goals and support you with the tools you need to accomplish them.
Alicia has spent the last 4 years working closely with youth, adults, and families affected by substance use and other behavioural addictions in British Columbia. Alicia is also passionate about helping adolescents improve their mental health and become their best selves.
In her spare time, Alicia enjoys playing with her cats Oliver and Sandwich, swimming at the beach, crafting, painting, writing and creating art of all kinds.
