Form to Complete

After scheduling your appointment, you will receive a form to complete in your email.  This allows us to tailor our services precisely to your needs. Whether you choose to share a lot or a little with your team member beforehand, rest assured, your comfort is our top priority.

Who attends the first appointment?

  • Children (12 and Under): Parents attend the first appointment alone.
  • Youth (13 to 15): Youth and parents attend together.
  • Youth (16 and 17): Youth attend alone, with the option for parents to join.

How do follow-up session work?

You and your counselor will collaborate to determine the best schedule for follow-up appointments with your child.  Each child who visits us is unique, and so are their needs.

  • Generally, clients tend to:
    • Book three or four sessions after their initial visit, two weeks apart.
    • Transition to monthly or bi-monthly appointments for ongoing support.
    • Some clients find that one session provides enough insights to continue their journey independently.

Every situation is different, and we are here to support your child’s personal growth and well-being.

Service Options

You may choose your preferred service mode: in-person, video, or phone. Your comfort is our priority.

No referral necessary

You can schedule an appointment without a doctor’s referral.
