I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive space where individuals can explore their challenges, strengthen their resilience, and embrace personal growth. My approach is rooted in collaboration, ensuring that your voice is heard while we build a foundation of trust and rapport together.

I integrate a variety of modalities into my practice, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Narrative Therapy
  • Mindfulness-Based Techniques
  • Solution-Focused Therapy
  • Person-Centered Therapy

I am deeply committed to cultural competence, sensitivity, and feminist values, recognizing that understanding your personal values is an essential part of the therapeutic process. Much of what we do, enjoy, and find meaning in is rooted in our values, and exploring them can be a powerful tool for self-awareness and growth.

Outside of my work, I love curling up with a great book, enjoying a good comedy show, and sharing in the joy of animals—I’m always happy to see pictures of your beloved pets!

If you’re looking for a compassionate and understanding space to work through life’s challenges, I’d be honored to support you on your journey.
