I integrate a variety of modalities into my practice, including:

I am deeply committed to cultural competence, sensitivity, and feminist values, recognizing that understanding your personal values is an essential part of the therapeutic process. Much of what we do, enjoy, and find meaning in is rooted in our values, and exploring them can be a powerful tool for self-awareness and growth.
Outside of my work, I love curling up with a great book, enjoying a good comedy show, and sharing in the joy of animals—I’m always happy to see pictures of your beloved pets!
