Therapies Used: Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy strategies (used within the previous modalities as appropriate), Trauma-informed care

Michael became a Canadian Certified Counsellor in 2013 and has worked as an educator supporting students with intensive needs since 2006. He is passionate about helping children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and parents reach their
goals.

He has extensive experience supporting children and adolescents with behavioural, social, and emotional challenges. Michael values building strong, respectful relationships with clients and works alongside them to create meaningful change. He also provides counselling for parents, offering high-quality, evidence-based strategies to support their children.

In addition, Michael assists adolescents and adults with anxiety, social confidence and relationships, depression management, ADHD skills, and gender and sexual identity. He has particular expertise in supporting neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan.

Outside of his professional work, Michael enjoys downhill skiing, time at the lake, travelling, and being with his family.

Located in the east end of Regina, our clinic is situated on the third floor of a modern, cubed glass building.  Cora Restaurant and Mikel’s Coffee Shop are conveniently located on the bottom floor.

Hours of Operation

Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM — 8:00 PM, Friday - Saturday: 9:00 AM — 5:00 PM, Sunday: Closed
