Our policies and procedures are well-established, and we provide access to confidential shredding, a professional quality printer, and a branded email address.

Our reputation for professionalism, collaboration, and high-quality care has made us a trusted place for both clients seeking support and clinicians building their professional practice.
Supportive Team Environment: Work alongside a passionate and knowledgeable team, including Registered Psychologists, Registered Social Workers, Canadian Certified Counsellors, and Registered Speech-Language Pathologists. Our team shares their knowledge and vision, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
You’ll also be supported by our operations team, including our Founder and Director, Clinical and Community Relations Coordinator, Office and Facilities Coordinator, Administrative and Finance Coordinator, and Client Care and Administrative Assistant.
New team members are also supported by our Team Development Lead, who guides recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship for clinicians joining Wildflowers. During the first three months, she provides dedicated support, helping new team members integrate into the clinic, ask questions, and feel confident in their work and connection to the team.
Client Convenience: Benefit from internal referrals and initial appointments scheduled for you, with many questions answered before booking. Our detailed intake forms and electronic consent forms streamline the client experience, while our online booking system makes scheduling easy. We use a paperless charting system and have a billing system that accepts credit card payments stored on file. We also handle third-party billing and provide quotes for your services.
Marketing and Outreach: Our robust marketing efforts include social media sharing, website marketing with Google ads, branded paper marketing, and business cards. Our website acts as our storefront, summarizing services and profiles for clients to reference.
