Special Interests:  With over 10 years of experience as an elementary school teacher, I understand the academic and emotional challenges that students often face throughout their educational journey. I offer comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to explore a child’s cognitive, academic, emotional, and behavioural functioning. These evaluations help identify learning strengths, areas of difficulty, and potential diagnoses such as ADHD, learning disorders, or anxiety. I also provide evidence-based counselling and work collaboratively with families and educators to create tailored support strategies that help students thrive both at school and at home.

I am passionate about perinatal and postpartum mental health, and I’m dedicated to supporting individuals and families through the profound emotional transitions of pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and lived experience alongside clinical expertise.  I offer therapeutic support for navigating postpartum depression, anxiety, identity shifts, relationship changes, and the complex adjustment to new parenthood. My
goal is to provide a safe, validating space for healing, self-discovery, and empowerment during this transformative time.
