Brett is a Registered Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting children, youth, adults, and families across a variety of clinical and community settings. She works alongside clients to navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, and emotional regulation, while building practical skills that support long-term well-being and resilience.

Brett is passionate about creating a space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. Her approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. She believes meaningful change happens when people feel empowered and connected to their own strengths. Brett works to help clients not only gain insight, but also learn how to integrate practical tools and strategies into their everyday lives in ways that feel realistic and sustainable. She takes a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach and works at a pace that feels right for each individual, recognizing that every person’s story and experience is unique.
She brings a strong foundation in evidence-based practices, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with additional focus on supporting individuals with ADHD. Her work is also informed by her background in crisis intervention, group facilitation, and mental health education.
Outside of her clinical work, Brett enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and staying active in her community.
