About me:
In my work as a Registered Social Worker, I support children, teens, adults, and families as they navigate life’s tender, complicated, and often overwhelming seasons. Much of my work has been rooted in Regina’s schools and healthcare settings, where I’ve spent over 10 years walking alongside families dealing with medical complexity, neurodiversity (such as ADHD, sensory processing differences, and learning differences), chronic illness, family transitions, and emotional overwhelm.
I am a mother of two, and this lived experience shapes my practice in meaningful ways. I understand the realities of parenting. The worry, exhaustion, advocacy, and fierce love that come with raising children. I try to bring the same empathy, curiosity, and care into my work that I bring to my own family.
I am currently training in Synergetic Play Therapy (SPT), an approach that focuses on helping people feel safer, calmer, and more connected; both within themselves and in their relationships. While this work is often used with children, I also bring this same perspective into my support of adults, parents, and caregivers, particularly those navigating women’s health concerns, pregnancy and postpartum mental health, chronic illness, work-related stress and burnout, caregiving responsibilities, and family changes.
My work is trauma informed, attachment based, and strengths based, drawing from cognitive behavioral and play based approaches. Together, these support therapy that feels practical, supportive, and useful beyond our time together.
Regardless of where you are in life, my intention is for therapy to feel like a place to pause, make sense of what you’re carrying, and reconnect with your own strengths. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, you don’t have to have it all figured out. Just a willingness to start.
