About Me:
In my work as a psychologist, I help children, teens, and families uncover their strengths, reclaim their capabilities, and find ways to make life feel manageable again.
With kids, I am a child-led discovery seeker that walks alongside them with light hearted playfulness, nurturing support, and genuine connection. Therapy can feel like stepping into a safe place where feelings can be explored through art, stories, activities, games, and conversations without the pressures of timelines, judgements, or expectations.
With parents, I offer a steady compass: thoughtful guidance, clear insights, opportunities for reflection, and a grounded, collaborative approach. Together we can redistribute the weight of your concerns, more effectively utilize your energy and mental resources without emptying your gas tank, and explore answers to your questions.
With teens and young adults, think of me as a supportive guide—someone who listens but doesn’t lecture, understands without judgement, and helps navigate life’s plot twists with honesty, compassion, and usually a sense of humour.
For every age and stage my goal is the same: a space to feel seen, safe, capable, and supported while you find your way forward. So however and whenever you arrive, for counselling, assessment, or a blend of both, I’m here for the messy moments, the quiet breakthroughs, the exhales of relief, and all the conversations in-between.
