With over 30 years in healthcare, she has worked with a wide range of ages and populations in various settings. Bren’s compassionate nature and empathetic approach make her an invaluable ally in overcoming life’s challenges.

Bren believes in the power of collaboration and works closely with her clients to find solutions that work best for them. Her person-centered focus is trauma-informed and culturally sensitive, ensuring that each client feels understood and supported. Using mindfulness techniques, Bren helps clients become more self-aware and improve their interactions with others.

Her extensive experience encompasses dealing with ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and more. Bren is particularly passionate about supporting individuals through difficult times such as miscarriage, postpartum struggles, and infertility. She is also dedicated to providing support for the 2SLGBTQ+ community, ensuring that everyone feels safe and accepted.

Bren’s approach is practical, approachable, and supportive. She believes in the potential of every individual and family to become the best versions of themselves.

Located in the east end of Regina, our clinic is situated on the third floor of a modern, cubed glass building.  Cora Restaurant and Mikel’s Coffee Shop are conveniently located on the bottom floor.

Hours of Operation

Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM — 8:00 PM, Friday - Saturday: 9:00 AM — 5:00 PM, Sunday: Closed
