It is a big step to share your story with a counsellor and Cody honours that by ensuring the appointments are non-judgmental, fun, client-led, and focused on building upon the strengths and resilience that each client already possesses. Adults always do their best when they can but we can often find ourselves in patterns that may not be meeting our current needs. Through counselling, we can acknowledge our needs and discover new language, tools, and patterns to meet these needs in more functional ways.

Located in the east end of Regina, our clinic is situated on the third floor of a modern, cubed glass building.  Cora Restaurant and Mikel’s Coffee Shop are conveniently located on the bottom floor.

Hours of Operation

Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM — 8:00 PM, Friday - Saturday: 9:00 AM — 5:00 PM, Sunday: Closed
