It is a big step to share your story with a counsellor and Cody honours that by ensuring the appointments are non-judgmental, fun, client-led, and focused on building upon the strengths and resilience that each client already possesses. Adults always do their best when they can but we can often find ourselves in patterns that may not be meeting our current needs.
